site of all the French airports. ALL the French airports that have a 3-letter IATA code are listed below. Some may only have taxi flights or even no flights at all. They are listed anyway, because low-cost airlines are rapidly expanding in regional French airports, and an airport without routes can suddenly get one. The airports appear in geographic order, starting in northern France, going from west to east, continuing in the center and terminating in the south. While it complicates alphabetic lookup, it makes it easier for you to locate airports near you. A few airports in neighbouring countries are included under the region they are closest to. In border regions, it is sometimes feasible for French residents to use these airports rather than the closest French airport. When planning your trip, don't forget that some of the TGV high-speed trains link up directly with Terminal 2 in the Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, giving easy access to this airport from Lille, EuroDisney in Marne la Vallée, Lyons (Lyon), Avignon, Aix en Provence and even Marseilles (Marseille). Even from Ashford in Kent can you get to the Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport by taking the Eurostar train to Lille, where you change to TGV (note that Lille has 2 TGV stations: Lille-Flandres for TGV, regional trains and commuter trains, and Lille-Europe for TGV and Eurostar trains).
