Terms & Conditions

The entire contents of the site streetwise-france.com is provided to the public at no cost.

The information and links are provided on an as-is basis, meaning that while I aim to present correct and up to date information, I cannot guarantee that the information is correct or up to date. I cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect consequence suffered as a result of using this site or its information.

If you notice errors, omissions or out of date information or links, you are welcome to mention it on the contact form.

The contents of this site are protected by copyright. It is notably strictly prohibited to copy the text or images of this site onto another website, intranet, newsletters, e-mails, or any other electronic or printed media intended for mass distribution and/or publishing, except that I allow the same tolerance as is normally applied for quoting small and reasonable extracts on condition that the site's name and URL be mentioned. If in doubt about the quantity of content quoted, it only takes an e-mail via the contact form to ask me. These limitations are not exhaustive. International copyright law defines the limit for copyright protection.

However, I allow that the contents be copied onto electronic media or printed for an individual's personal use within his or her household without individual approval in each case on condition that there is no public access to the copied content. You may also edit the copied content for your personal use on the same conditions. You may not forward the copied and/or edited content to any third person outside your household. If you want to inform a third person about the content, it must be done by providing the site's name and/or URL.

Any copyright infringement will be reported to appropriate entities such as, but not limited to, Google Legal Support, DMCA Complaints, site owners, webmasters, and/or web hosting companies immediately and without warning with the result that a website or blog infringing the copyright risks being de-referenced from Google, losing Google Adsense revenue, or finding itself removed completely from the Internet by the web hosting company or the site owner, since a client or user having published copyright infringing content will in many cases have violated the terms and conditions of the web hosting company or the site owner. To prevent legal action, these companies tend to take drastic and rapid action. Anyone infringing copyright could face legal action.

Copyright infringement includes the action of copying and editing content, then publishing the edited content.

It is not copyright infringement to use facts as the basis for writing completely new content from scratch.

I regularly search the web for sites infringing copyright.

By using this site, you accept the above Terms and Conditions.
